This site offers a simple way of sharing files. Create a name for your “drop”, upload files to it and then let your colleagues access it. Each “drop” contains thumbnails of your files so people can see them before choosing to download or not.

A smart download that scans everything you print and removes any wasted pages, such as a web page with only a single line of text on it. It can remove ads and will even track how much paper you are saving.
